The issuing authority of Aadhaar cards, Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has opened Telangana’s first Aadhaar Seva Kendra which has begun its operations in Madhapur. This seva kendra has the capacity to handle up to 1000 enrollments or updates on a single day. The residents can avail aadhaar related services such as enrolment and updations of name, gender, address, mobile number, date of birth, photo, email ID and also biometric updations which include a photo, fingerprint and iris.

UIDAI has also provided a facility, where the residents can book an appointment by visiting the URL ask.uidai.gov.in. Through this online feature, residents can book their convenient time and date to get the services of Aadhaar Seva Kendra (ASK). The center is fully air-conditioned with enough seating capacity. Aadhaar Seva Kendra (ASK) is open from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm, on all days of the week including Sundays.
Aadhaar enrolment and mandatory biometric update for children of 5 and 15 years is free of cost. For all other corrections/updates, a nominal fee of Rs. 50 will be charged per transaction. Apart from residents of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, people from other areas also can avail Aadhaar related services in this Aadhaar Seva Kendra.
